Bismarck Daycare Center sentenced to 90 days in jail

BISMARCK, ND (KFYR) – A Bismarck daycare center was sentenced to 90 days in jail and a year of house arrest.

Terrell Clark admitted to punching a six-month-old child in the face in July 2023.

Police say the child had facial bruises and doctors determined the injuries were not accidental. Officers say parents told them the child had previously come home from Clark’s daycare with bruises.

A judge also ordered Clark to complete parent care classes.
