Man asked student if she wanted to see his genitals

SOUTH WINDSOR, CT (WFSB) – A man has turned himself in after South Windsor police accused him of approaching a girl and asking her if she wanted to see his genitals.

Joseph Mille, 35, of Medway, Massachusetts, was arrested Sunday on an active warrant.

Police said the incident happened on August 30.

They said Mille approached the 12-year-old girl after she got off a school bus and asked if she wanted to see his penis.

Mille left the scene before an officer arrived.

However, he was identified the next day when an off-duty officer spotted his vehicle driving from Vernon to South Windsor.

Mille was charged with risk of injury to a child and second-degree breach of peace.

He was released on a $25,000 bond and given an October 30 court hearing in Manchester.
