The application also alleged that Isha Foundation, which had filed the petition in the Supreme Court, had submitted that even recently a criminal case was registered under POCSO against a doctor working at Isha Foundation. “The allegation was that he molested 12 girls studying at the Adivasi Government School,” the report said.

The company further alleged that the Isha Foundation has failed to implement the 2013 law, which is mandatory in the workplace, and this has created the harassment situation.

The application states that as Isha Foundation runs various programs, thousands of male and female employees work regularly, and the foundation has a large infrastructure where devotees stay for several months, years or permanently.
