‘Monsters’ Star Cooper Koch Didn’t Wear a Prosthesis in ‘Menendez’

Nearly a month after “Monsters: The Lyle and Erik Menendez Story” premiered on Netflix, breakout star Cooper Koch has finally revealed whether he actually bared all in the series’ viral shower scene.

“Mine wasn’t a prosthetic,” Koch blurted during an appearance on “Watch What Happens Live” Monday, as host Andy Cohen counted down Hollywood’s “top five most iconic full-frontal moments.”

As Koch grinned and pointed a finger gun at the camera, Cohen said, “That was going to be my next question!” Congratulations, Kuiper. You are very blessed, aren’t you?’

“Well, hung up,” the 28-year-old actor replied with a smile.

Koch, who also ditched his clothes in the 2022 indie horror film “Swallowed,” stars as Erik Menendez in the streaming hit, which shot to No. 1 after its Sept. 19 debut.

Ryan Murphy’s nine-episode series chronicles the real-life 1989 murders of multi-millionaires José (Javier Bardem) and Kitty Menendez (Chloë Sevigny) by their sons Lyle (Nicholas Alexander Chavez) and Erik.

The brothers, who were sentenced to life in prison without parole in 1996, have long maintained that they shot their parents to end the years of sexual abuse they allegedly suffered.

“I believe them both,” Koch, who recently visited Lyle and Erik behind bars with Kim Kardashian, told Vanity Fair earlier this month. “I believe everything they said in the witness statement is true.”

However, Koch’s opponent Chavez remains silent about his thoughts about the controversial brothers.

“I came to a very unique conclusion, but I also came to the conclusion that I don’t want to share what that is with anyone and that I really want to keep that part of my artistry and my interpretation to myself. the soap star, 25, told the magazine.

From prison, Erik has blasted “Monsters” as an “unfair portrayal” of his and Lyle’s story, but he also admitted he hadn’t watched it.

In response, Murphy, 58, defended his dramatized project as “the best thing to happen to the Menendez brothers in 30 years.”
