Gypsy Rose Blanchard recently gave some valuable advice to Erik and Lyle Menendez after they got out of prison.

Reflecting on her experiences in prison, Gypsy spoke to TMZ and said: “It’s very difficult to come out in a world that has changed so much, even during the time I spent in prison.”

“I would say take your time, you know, adapt,” the 33-year-old noted before boarding a flight at Blanchard, he told the outlet before boarding a flight at Los Angeles International Airport.

Gypsy went on to say, “And get therapy because you need it in this kind of world (and) day and age.”

Gypsy admitted that she was “not very well educated” on the Mendendez case, which she said attracted worldwide attention after the Netflix series premiered on October 7.

For those unfamiliar, the Mendendez brothers were convicted in 1989 of murdering their parents in Beverly Hills. They claimed they had been abused “sexually, physically and emotionally” by their parents for years.

Gypsy told the newspaper: “I’m an advocate for victims of abuse in general and I’m all for prison reform, so hopefully if the case is reviewed something can be done.”

“Victims of abuse need to be advocated for more,” she said.

Later, TMZ told Gypsy about Kim Kardashian’s support of the Mendendez brothers.

The founder of SKIMS also wrote an essay for it on October 3 NBC News where she asked that the brothers’ sentences be “reconsidered.”

Gypsy added, “Kim is a wise woman. She makes good decisions in the era of prison reform.”
