Ye’s former assistant alleges sex trafficking and sexual assault in amended lawsuit against rapper

Ye’s former assistant filed an amended lawsuit against the rapper last week, accusing him of drugging and sexually assaulting her, trafficking others, using job advertisements to recruit sex partners and directing her to “sex honey” him deliver.

The lawsuit claims Ye, who legally changed his name from Kanye West, assaulted Lauren Pisciotta in a hotel room, once drugged her in a recording studio, used foreign work visas and product photo shoots to recruit potential sex partners, “overshared” videos of sexual encounters and offered sex partners and others described as those he “traded” as gifts for friends and colleagues.

The civil complaint, which initially accused Ye of sexual harassment, was amended and filed on October 8 in Los Angeles County Superior Court.

In one instance, the amended lawsuit says, Ye texted Pisciotta for advice about his desire to have sex with the mother of a celebrity model he said he knew well.

Ye’s rep did not immediately respond to NBC News’ detailed questions about the allegations in both lawsuits. In June, a spokesperson not only denied the allegations in the original version of the filing, but also alleged that the accuser had used sexuality in a failed attempt to “extort employment and other material benefits” from the rapper.

Ultimately, the spokesperson said, the prosecutor “engaged in blackmail and extortion” when sexual advances did not produce the desired results. The spokesperson said at the time that Ye planned to file a countersuit against Pisciotta.

New accusations

The amended version adds two alleged sexual incidents, including one at a San Francisco hotel in 2021, when the plaintiff and defendant were in town to work on an album that the filing said would become “Donda.”

It is alleged that Ye got on top of Pisciotta and tried to have sex despite it her vocal and consistent objections, which ultimately convinced him to withdraw, the lawsuit said.

The other alleged incident occurred prior to the plaintiff’s full-time employment with Ye’s operations, which began in 2021. She advised Ye on music matters and was invited to a studio session in Santa Monica, California, which the lawsuit alleged included the presence of Sean ‘Diddy Combs. Pisciotta states in the lawsuit that she knew she had been drugged and passed out during the session. Representatives for Combs did not immediately respond to NBC News’ request for comment.

Pisciotta alleged that Ye had sex with her while she was unconscious, and said she realized it years later after he bragged about it in text messages saying they “had a little hookup once,” according to the filing.

It is alleged that Ye ‘used his extreme wealth, influence and power to, among other things, pursue sex, his insatiable sexual gratification, desires and fantasies and sexual exploitation of his victims, including but not limited to the attempted sexual exploitation and human trafficking of the plaintiff. , sexual assault and plaintiff’s continued sexual harassment and demands.”

NBC News has reached out to Pisciotta for further comment.

The lawsuit alleges that Ye campaigned for other sex partners by offering them job opportunities and arranging for them to travel with him. At his base of operations in Los Angeles, the lawsuit said, it was “common knowledge” to certain guests and employees that Ye ordered the construction of a makeshift bedroom in his office, the lawsuit alleged.

In addition, it said, Ye used company bathrooms and locker rooms for sex with social event attendees and women. According to the indictment, he “paid and traded.”

The first version of Pisciotta’s lawsuit characterized the rapper as a threat of sexual harassment in the workplace, claiming he used his companies and the prospect of potential employment as coercive bait.

It was alleged that Ye sent the accuser sexually explicit text messages, instructed Pisciotta to deliver him sexual enhancement honey, overshared stories of sexual encounters, sent her photos of naked women, sent her video of a model who performed oral sex on him, and then asked her for hugs. she refused numerous times, insinuated in business dealings that he had had sex with the plaintiff, reiterated his unrequited sexual desire for her, and masturbated in front of her several times.

Both the original version and the amended filing allege wrongful termination, breach of contract, sexual harassment and a hostile work environment, unlawful retaliation and emotional distress. The amended complaint also highlighted allegations of false imprisonment, sexual assault and infliction of emotional distress.

Among the remedies the company is seeking include compensatory damages, which will likely include millions of dollars that Pisciotta said in the filing Ye promised her for her continued dedication to his efforts, compensatory damages, attorneys’ fees and other court-approved damages.
