Oswestry man charged with string of sex crimes ‘in presence of child’

Officers from North Wales Police said a 55-year-old man from the Oswestry area was taken into custody on Saturday after being charged with several offences.

Police said the charges related to three incidents reported to the force in May 2023 and in June and October this year.

On Saturday, a North Wales Police spokesperson said: “A 55-year-old man from the Oswestry area was today taken into custody after being charged with three offenses of indecent exposure and committing a sexual act in the presence of a child. .

“This follows three incidents reported to North Wales Police in May 2023, June 2024 and October 2024.”
