Prison food is the toughest part of prison for Diddy

Sean “Diddy” Combs will remain behind bars until his trial in May 2025 after he was again denied bail.

The 54-year-old rapper was denied bail for the second time as he faces charges of extortion, sex trafficking and forcing individuals into prostitution.

After the judge’s ruling, Diddy was seen blowing kisses to his family, who attended the hearing, before being escorted from the courtroom.

His lawyers discussed how he is adjusting to life in prison, outside his most recent hearing on Thursday (October 10).

His attorney, Marc Agnifilo, sheds light on what Combs finds most challenging about his time in custody.

“I think the food is probably the toughest part,” Agnifilo told reporters outside the courthouse.

Amid the stress of confinement, Diddy appears to be keeping his cool, as evidenced by statements from another attorney on his defense team, Anthony L. Ricco.

Ricco expressed cautious optimism about his client’s resilience, saying, “Sometimes the more you push someone down, the stronger he or she becomes. No one likes to stay in prison.”

The star’s incarceration is far from routine.

While waiting for his day in court, Diddy reportedly spent time reflecting on his legal battle.

Agnifilo noted that the hip-hop mogul is eager to take the stand at his trial, scheduled for May 2025.

“I don’t know if I could keep him out of the stands,” Agnifilo said in TMZ’s documentary “The Downfall of Diddy.”

“He really wants to tell his story. These are the actions of an innocent man who has nothing to hide. He looks forward to clearing his name in court,” Agnifilo added.
