MOBILE COUNTY, Ala. (WKRG) – A local man will spend the next decade behind bars after officials say he was found with child pornography.

The guilty plea arose after the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children received a tip that child pornography files had been linked to Noletto’s email address. Later, on August 4, 2023, Mobile County Sheriff’s Office deputies found approximately 2,500 images and 300 videos depicting child pornography during a search of Noletto’s residence.

Noletto was sentenced to 10 years in prison with credit for time served and 20 years of post-prison supervision, the release said.

In addition to the serving time, the following conditions apply to Noletto:

  • Treatment of sex offenders

  • Substance abuse testing and treatment

  • Mental health care

  • Registration as a sex offender

  • No contact with minors

  • $100 in special assessments
