PARKERSBURG, W.Va. (WTAP) – Wednesday afternoon, this sentencing comes after McCune pleaded guilty to manslaughter in August.

He was sentenced to 40 years for the second-degree felony murder of Terrence Mills Jr.

This conviction comes after McCune pleaded guilty to manslaughter in August.

McCune will receive 0 days credit for the murder charge, but the credit will instead be used for the theft charge.

As with Justin Keel’s sentencing, Terrence Mills Jr.’s mother, Donna Mills, took time to give her statement to McCune.

‘You don’t know how hard this is for me. I want you to know that you took something from me that I will never get back. The hatred that I have in my heart is so enormous, and I am not that kind of person,” Mills said.

This conviction was the third and final conviction for the Terrence Mills Jr. case.
